Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Lotus House Beauty and Wellness. I value your time and appreciate the trust you place in me. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time reserved for each appointment, please read the appointment policy.
* Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying me (“No Call, No Show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the credit card on file.
* Clients who cancel at the last minute or with less than 24 hours’ notice will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the credit card on file.
* Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
I understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
